In brief
For the second year in a row, ITalent is proud to support the women's team of LUC Volleyball, the University of Lausanne volleyball club, competing in the Swiss National League B. A second season built on commitment, teamwork and sharing.
Values shared by the court and the workplace
At ITalent, we believe sport and professional life share essential values: trust, commitment, team spirit, pushing one's limits and balance.
Our work is to identify talent, support people and organisations, and help build high performing teams. Lasting success does not rest on individual skills alone, but also on trust, complementarity and human balance.
On the court as at work, everyone brings their skills, energy and personality to a common goal. It is this complementarity, fuelled by trust and solidarity, that allows a team to grow and succeed together.
A second season, a natural choice
Renewing our sponsorship for the 2026/2027 season was an easy decision. It is our way of supporting women's sport, encouraging the next generation and standing alongside a team that embodies values we deeply care about.
We wish all the players and their staff a wonderful season, full of emotion, progress, enjoyment and, of course, great wins!
Because the greatest successes are built together. Go girls, ITalent is with you!
