Who we are

ITalent SA is an Executive Search firm based in Switzerland. This policy describes how we handle the information you share with us through this site.

Our principle: minimise

We do not maintain any centralised database of candidates or clients. No tracking tools, no analytics cookies, no newsletter, no commercial prospecting. Discretion is at the heart of our practice.

Data you share with us

If you use our forms, you voluntarily share with us:

• Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional), company (optional) and message
• Career form: your LinkedIn URL and, optionally, your name

What we do with it

This information reaches us by email via Resend (our email delivery provider). It is then kept in our consultants' inboxes for as long as the conversation or the mandate requires. We never transfer it to third parties, we never use it for commercial purposes.

Your rights

At any time, you can request access, rectification or deletion of any information about you. A simple email to recrutement@italent.ch is enough, we'll respond within a few days.

Cookies

We only use two technical cookies necessary for the site to function:

• A language preference cookie (FR/EN), to remember your choice
• A session cookie for the intro animation (so it doesn't replay on every visit)

No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics tools, no marketing pixel.

Applicable law

This policy is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, 2023 revision) and, where applicable, by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
